 Psalm 37:8

Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret. It only causes harm.

Psalm 37:7 Rest in the LORD

 Psalm 37:7

Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prosper in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.

Psalm 37:5-6 Commit

 Psalm 37:5-6

Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.

He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your justice as the noonday.

Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself in the LORD

 Psalm 37:4

Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.*

*What a great promise!

Psalm 37:3 Trust in the LORD

 Trust in the LORD, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.

Psalm 37:1-2 Fret Not

 Psalm 37:1

Do not fret because of evildoers, Nor be envious  of the workers of iniquity.

For they shall soon be cut down like grass, And wither as the green herb.*

*Psalm 37 1-11 Is one of my favorite part of Psalms. There is so much rich information we can learn from. Be blessed by reading and mediating on it.

Psalm 36:10 Prayer

 Psalm 36:10

Oh, continue Your lovingkindness to those who know You, And Your righteousness to the upright heart.

Psalm 36:5-6 LORD's Mercy in heaven

 Psalm 36:5-6

Your mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.

 Your righteousness is like the great mountains; Your judgments are a great deep; O LORD, You preserve man and beast.

Psalm 34:19 The LORD Delivers

 Psalm 34:19

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all.*

*I must say Amen to this. The LORD has helped me so many times through my afflictions.

Psalm 34:18 Broken Heart

 Psalm 34:18

The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart,  And saves such as have a contrite spirit.

Psalm 34:17 The LORD hears

 Psalm 34:17

The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears, And delivers them out of all their troubles.

Psalm 34:15 LORD

 Psalm 34:15

The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry.

Psalm 34:9 Fear the LORD

 Psalm 34:9

Oh, fear the LORD, you His saints! There is no want to those who fear Him.*

*Fear means to revere or reverence, to make afraid.

* Want is to be impoverished, poor, in need of. But is one fears, reverence the LORD and fear Him there is no impoverishment.

Psalm 34:3 Magnify the LORD

Oh, magnify the LORD with me, And let us exalt His name together.

Psalm 34:1 Praise the LORD

 Psalm 34:1

I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.*

Psalm 33:20-21 Soul waits for the LORD

 Psalm 33:20-21

Our soul waits for the LORD; He is our help and our shield.

For our heart shall rejoice in Him, because we have trusted in His holy name.

Psalm 33:8 Stand in awe

 Psalm 33:8

Let all the earth fear the LORD; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.

Psalm 31:24 Be of Good Courage

Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart, All you who hope in the LORD.

Psalm 31:19 Goodness

Oh, how great is Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You, which You have prepared for those who trust in You In the presence of the sons of men!

Psalm 31:14 Trusting In The LORD

 Psalm 31:14

But as for me, I trust in You, O LORD; I say, "You are my God."

Psalm 31:9-10

Have mercy on me, O LORD, for I am in trouble; My eye wastes away with grief, Yes, my soul and my body!

For my life is spent with grief, And my years with sighting; My strength falls because of my iniquity, And my bones waste away.*

* This is not an encouraging Psalm but I am afraid that at this moment I am feeling a lot like David. My iniquity is not like David's but I do have my own iniquity and my own grief. 

I have been under care and am working out, with God's help, all that is keeping me away from His love and His care as I know He is with me all the time. 

Your prayers would be appreciated as I go through this time of grief. Thank you.*

As the day went on, and with the help of God, I was able to calm down and get relief. I read a lot of verses and also read in Turning Point Magazine & Devotional for June the following:

"Whenever we find ourselves in a difficult place, we find a promise from God and place our faith in it."

To the end that my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks to You forever.
